Snatched
She was tall, blond and perfect. Brushed the hair away from her face so that Ben could see her mouth as she worked him toward the orgasm he would have already had, had he not come twice already. Without missing a beat she shifted her body, the scent of pussy tickling his nose. Shaved smooth and sweet as a Georgia peach, she lowered herself onto his tongue, leaving Ben lost between conflicting pleasures. Two trains on a collision course speeding toward that explosion that shook him violently until both his brain and body went limp. Then sleep. The unafflicted sleep of an average guy who just had sex with a showgirl.
The room was still dark as Ben awakened to the sound of her rifling through his jeans. But before he could react, tall, blond and perfect was through the apartment and out the door. SHIT! Yesterday was payday and, like a lot of Las Vegas working stiffs, Ben always spun the casino paycheck wheel for the chance to win a free something or other and had a few beers. It was his Friday night routine and thatâs where he had met her. He reached into the pocket of his jeans and with great surprise and relief found his bankroll. Counted it to see how much she had taken. Counted it again as there was more money than he remembered. Then why had she been in his pocket? Maybe she left him a note. Her telephone number. He tore all the pockets inside out. Nothing. He locked the front door and went back to bed.
In the morning Ben stood in the bathroom, analyzing the person who looked back at him in the mirror. Definitely not the same unremarkable man who every other morning slouched through a half-assed grooming routine in preparation for the anonymous grind that was his life. The man who faced Ben in the mirror seemed taller. More fit. He wet his hands and raked unruly brown hair off his forehead, making himself appear almost handsome. Unfolding the pink of that sweet Georgia peach had given him an unmistakable confidence. He was very pleased with the new Ben. In no hurry to brush the showgirl taste from his mouth.
Benâs Saturday routine usually began in the laundry room, but today he dropped his washables off at the fluff and fold on his way to the sports book at the Orleans where he tied four college basketball teams together in a longshot parlay. Then to a neighborhood bar where he watched his games on the big screen and won them all. He put a twenty into a video poker machine and cashed out aces for $800. Went to the mall and blew his video poker winnings on some new shirts and a pair of shoes that werenât sneakers. A pair of slacks that werenât jeans.
The next morning Ben relaxed with the Sunday paper. Did the crossword. Checked out the classifieds. A few months earlier he had lost his job in the marketing department at one of the Strip hotels, and now he sold time shares.
